Middle Lagoon offers visitors two accommodation types, both with uninterrupted views of this stunning stretch of Kimberley coastline. Choose from our semi- self-contained, easy care cabins, or choose the perfect unpowered camping site along the escarpment.

Some information about your stay

Even if you are coming to Nature's Hideaway at Middle Lagoon to get away from it all, you will still need a few of life's necessities.

We are a small remote community and you need to be self-sufficient and bring all your food, drinks and toiletries.   Don’t forget your fishing and snorkelling gear.  It is also a good idea to bring mosquito coils and repellents.

Middle Lagoon has a basic shop/kiosk where you can buy a selection of hot food and a coffee.   We also sell bait, ice, bread and milk, plus drinks and icecreams.

A washing machine is available for guest use.

There is mobile coverage at Middle Lagoon.  There is free WIFI but it is not always available and can be patchy.     We also have a public phone.

Takeaway alcohol can not be purchased anywhere on the Dampier Peninsula.

Fuel is available at Djarindin Roadhouse (24 hour self-serve pay by card) and some of the communities such as Lombadina, Beagle Bay and Ardyaloon (during office opening hours).  Currently some communities are closed because of COVID restrictions.

Check in time for campsites and cabins is 2pm and checkout time is 10am.

One night’s deposit will be taken at the time of booking as a deposit.  This is nonrefundable, except at the discretion of management in special circumstances.
